okay, training this Saturday at 4th Dec 2010 is OFF. But training is back on 11th Dec 2010 as per normal. girls, i need you to commit to these trainings. and due to IVP coming up only next month, now there is WED and SAT trainings every week.
Wed : starting on 15th Dec 2010, 10am to 12pm.
Sat : as per normal week trng. 12 - 2 pm.
pls help me with this!!
Dont forget to bring your own skipping ropes for every training! (as suggested by coach) well, we know what we are going to do with it! haha!
